2-Hour Reset (6 – 20 participants)

  • Framework + reflection on judgment & perfectionism

  • Stress reset tools + 3–4 creative bursts

  • Personal mini canvas + one personal commitment

  • Best for: Wellness weeks, retreats, leadership team resets

  • Can be facilitated virtually

 

Half-Day Workshop (up to 30 participants)

  • Includes everything in 2-hour

  • Team Letting Go Assessment (baseline)

  • Group collaborative canvas

  • Team debrief + creation of 2–3 “Letting Go Practices”

  • Outcome: stronger collaboration, trust, and measurable data on team dynamics

 

Full-Day Experience (up to 40 participants)

  • Real-world scenario practice + extended art activities

  • Action planning anchored in the Team Letting Go Assessment

  • 90-Day Re-Assessment + Shift Summary Report (scores, insights, recommendations)
