The M.A.D.E.S Coaching Model
My MADES coaching model uses a system of ongoing support to deliver targeted and personalized coaching services to meet your needs.
In this phase we discuss the value of and set the foundation for our partnership. We also establish the coaching agreement and outline the parameters around communication and mutual expectations.
In this phase we work together to identify your strengths, values, motivations and beliefs that got you where you are today and address how to leverage them to move you even further. We also take a look at how your current viewpoints and behaviors could be preventing you from achieving the levels of success you desire. A variety of coaching tools such as the ELI Assessment, empowering questioning techniques and self-discovery methods are used to create increased self-awareness, energy levels and inspiration to shift perspectives and uncover new possibilities for action.
In the design phase we build on our work in the assessment phase to design action related to your goals. Here we develop and maintain an effective coaching plan that is attainable, measureable, specific and targeted. This time of active experimentation allows you to implement new and exciting strategies that we have created and celebrate your progress as you go.
Although some form of evaluation occurs at each step, we also formally take time to look back to review what progress has been made and determine if and what about plans or expectations need to be modified.
Support is extremely critical which is why it is at the center of each MADE step. Critical to your success is knowing that I have provided a safe and supportive environment for you to grow, learn and expand your horizons to reach new heights.
