Short-Term Plan (6 months)
4 - 6 Hours
A six-month strategic plan can create valuable insight to help with decision-making around existing programs, products, or services that need to be evaluated in order to make more long-term plans. It can help you get unstuck around ideas and formulate plans to move them forward. To create a six month plan we will identify high priority goals and focus on strategies to tackle them to keep you on track. This type of planning session generally lasts 4 - 6 hours onsite although this does not count my preparation time and any pre-work that might be required of the client.
Mid-Term Plan (1 year)
6 - 8 Hours
A lot can change in one year these days. So in this planning process we will evaluate existing business to determine and define what it should look like in a year. With an eye on organizational mission/vision and or guiding principles, we will outline strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) to brainstorm and define opportunities for successful operations in 12 months using key areas around which to outline goals, strategies and objectives. The onsite planning process generally takes 6 - 8 hours and does not count preparation and any pre-work that might be required of the client.
Long-Term Plan (3 years)
10 - 16 Hours
A three year plan is meant specifically for organizations whose operations and business practices stay relatively consistent, not threatened regularly by quickly changing technology or consumer demands. This planning process will place a more heavy emphasis on evaluation of mission/vision and/or guiding principles. We will outline strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) to brainstorm and define opportunities for sustained growth and success over 36 months using key areas around which to outline goals, strategies and objectives. The onsite planning process generally takes 10 - 16 hours and does not count preparation and any pre-work that might be required of the client. This option includes a check-in half way through the plan to evaluate progress.
